An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded claimant team in the West Midlands. Working alongside experienced senior lawyers on complex and high‑value matters, the successful candidate will also manage their own caseload and play an important role in supporting clients through sensitive and challenging circumstances. The team handles a broad range of complex medical negligence matters, including catastrophic brain injuries, delayed cancer diagnoses, fatal claims, avoidable deaths, orthopaedic injuries, and other serious life‑impacting cases. Key Responsibilities
