The team advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity transactions, management buy-outs, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructures, and general corporate advisory work. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Partners and gain exposure to high-profile transactions, with the opportunity to take on significant responsibility while developing both technical and commercial skills. What You’ll Do
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity transactions, management buy-outs, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructures, and general corporate advisory work.
- Take ownership of a varied and high-quality caseload, providing practical and commercially minded advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including early client exposure.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and Partners on high-profile transactions.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
- Mentor and support junior members of the team as required.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ PQE with strong experience in corporate law.
- Proven experience handling complex corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and corporate restructuring.
- Excellent technical and commercial awareness.
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
- Proactive and commercially minded, with a desire to contribute to business development.
