An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing team based in Liverpool city centre. This role offers the chance to work closely with an experienced Corporate Partner, as well as alongside a wider, highly ranked corporate team in the North West. You will advise on a broad range of high‑quality matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and venture capital and private equity transactions. The role provides strong exposure to both local and national clients, with the opportunity to take on a varied and engaging caseload.
