You will be working autonomously in the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will work on matters such as, but not limited to:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build
- Remortgages
- Transfers of Equity
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience in handling the full remit of Residential Property matters
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to build new and long lasting relationships with clients
- Ability to manage a highly diverse workload
