Residential Conveyancer – Preston
A highly regarded firm in Lancashire is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing solicitor/fee earner to join the team.
THE ROLE
– You will handle a busy and varied caseload of property transactions
– Handling conveyancing matters from inception through to completion, which will vary depending upon experience but will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
YOU
-You will be a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or equivalent
-You will have proven experience of working within residential property handling a full caseload from inception through to post completion
