We are a specialist legal recruitment agency with over 22 years of market expertise, and we’re growing our Manchester team. You’ll be working closely with a friendly, supportive group – many of whom are ex-lawyers turned recruiters – who will help you develop into a high-performing Recruitment Resourcer.
The Role:
- Research and source high-calibre legal candidates for live roles using our specialist recruitment platform.

- Engage with candidates by phone and email to discuss new career opportunities, building interest and rapport.
- Manage and maintain candidate data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the team in delivering against set KPIs, contributing directly to successful placements.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-moving market.
What We’re Looking For:
- A law graduate with strong academics (minimum 2:1 degree)
- IT literate, confident handling data and research.
- Focused, resilient and well organised.
- A clear communicator with the ability to build professional relationships.
- A can-do attitude and motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £26,000 – £28,000, depending on experience.
- Bonus scheme.
- Hybrid working: Monday & Friday from home, 3 core office days in Manchester (non-negotiable).
- 40-hour week, full-time, permanent contract.
