We’re a specialist legal recruitment agency with over 22 years of market expertise, and we’re expanding our Manchester office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, expert-led team, where your resourcing skills will be highly valued and your career progression actively supported.
Responsibilities
- You\’ll work closely with a team of experienced legal recruiters to deliver high-quality candidate sourcing and engagement across a wide range of live vacancies.
- Proactively sourcing and headhunting legal professionals using our extensive recruitment platforms and databases.
- Conducting detailed candidate conversations to assess suitability and match against active roles.
- Building and maintaining long-term candidate relationships within your assigned legal markets.
- Ensuring accurate and confidential data management across our CRM and tracking systems.
- Supporting consultants with shortlist creation, candidate briefing, and coordination of interview processes.
- Contributing to team KPIs and performance goals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a resourcing, delivery, or 180 recruitment role – ideally in professional services or legal sectors, but open to strong recruiters from other sectors.
- Ideally educated to degree level with strong academics.
- Able to engage confidently with professional-level candidates.
- Confident in candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship building.
- Commercially aware, resilient, and organised – with a strong work ethic.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable managing systems and data efficiently.
- A genuine interest in the legal recruitment market and a desire to build your expertise.
What We Offer
- Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (we are open to negotiation depending on your level of experience), plus bonus scheme.
- Hybrid working: Monday and Friday WFH, with 3 collaborative office days in central Manchester (non-negotiable).
- Full-time, permanent contract (40 hours/week).
