The team regularly advises on significant transactions, typically ranging from £10m to £50m in value, providing excellent exposure to complex and commercially significant property work.
The Opportunity
- Work on a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development, property finance and commercial leasing
- Gain exposure to significant transactions, typically ranging from £10m to £50m in value
- Work closely with experienced and highly regarded lawyers on complex and commercially significant matters
- Advise a diverse client base including residential and commercial developers, property investors and corporate occupiers
- Work with leading businesses across the retail and leisure sectors
- Develop your technical expertise through exposure to a broad range of commercial property work
- Take responsibility for matters and develop strong client relationships
- Gain exposure to both local and national clients
