We are currently working with a leading international law firm seeking to expand their highly regarded Real Estate team in Manchester. Due to continued growth and an increasing portfolio of high‑profile clients, they are looking for an ambitious Senior Associate or Legal Director with strong experience in Commercial Development to join their team and drive forward the firm’s growth in this space.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate or Legal Director looking to grow their client base and take on more responsibility. You will work on diverse commercial development projects across real estate, retail and hospitality sectors, including site acquisitions, development agreements, planning, construction and large‑scale project management.
The Manchester Real Estate Development team is known for its work on high‑profile commercial developments, advising clients on everything from site acquisitions to investment, planning and sustainability. The team focuses on retail, office, mixed‑use and industrial developments, and supports clients with licensing, regulatory matters and tenant management. They also offer comprehensive advice on funding, joint ventures and development finance, working across the entire project lifecycle with clients in various sectors, including developers, investors and government bodies.
This role provides the chance to build client relationships, contribute to business development and collaborate with senior partners, with a clear path to Partnership.
