The successful candidate will join a high-performing Real Estate team, working alongside an experienced Partner and a collaborative group of lawyers. The team supports a wide-ranging client base across a variety of complex commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a diverse caseload including acquisitions, disposals, and development projects

Advising on complex lease negotiations and landlord/tenant matters

Leading on high-value and sophisticated real estate transactions

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

Mentoring and supporting junior team members

Contributing to business development and the ongoing growth of the real estate practice

Candidate Profile:

5+ years\’ PQE with solid experience in commercial real estate law

Confident in handling complex matters with minimal supervision

Strong client relationship skills and a proven track record in business development

Demonstrates leadership qualities and enjoys mentoring junior colleagues

Commercially aware with a proactive, solution-focused approach
