Real Estate Dispute Resolution Senior Associate | 5+ PQE | Birmingham BCL Legal is delighted to be working with a leading national law firm on the recruitment of a Real Estate Dispute Resolution Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Birmingham team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a collaborative and well-established team, working alongside recognised experts on a broad range of high-quality real estate disputes.
Supporting a highly experienced Partner and senior lawyers, you'll gain exposure to complex matters while enjoying genuine opportunities for career development.
The Role You will advise a broad client base including developers, investors, landlords, tenants and public sector organisations on a wide range of contentious real estate matters, including: Landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, dilapidations and forfeiture.
Development-related disputes, including rights of light, restrictive covenants and boundary disputes.
Possession claims, trespass matters and property insolvency issues.
Court proceedings, mediations and alternative dispute resolution.
Drafting pleadings, witness statements and instructions to counsel.
Managing your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on complex, high-value litigation.
Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives.
