Advising clients on commercial real estate transactions, including buying, selling, financing, leasing, and managing business properties

• Managing corporate headquarters deals and commercial leasing matters

• Advising on portfolio management and reorganisations for major clients

• Supporting inward investment and UK business start-ups with real estate needs

• Collaborating with the firm’s wider transactional team on corporate restructurings, acquisitions, and disposals

• Working with global clients across life sciences, technology, and other core sectors on real estate-related legal issues

We are seeking a talented and driven Real Estate Associate with 2-3 years PQE to join a market-leading Real Estate team based in London.
