Property Litigation Senior Associate or Director, Leeds

This top tier firm with an enviable Property Litigation team has an opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to take up a senior role as a Senior Associate or Director, depending upon level of experience, to help drive the further development of the practice group.

Responsibilities:

  1. Full range of commercial property litigation across a broad sector spread
  2. Handle some cutting edge work which has been generating landmark decisions in this area of work
  3. Deal with all mainstream contentious commercial property issues as well as more niche areas such as right to light, mines and minerals, agricultural property matters, property insolvency and telecommunications
  4. Take on complex and high value technical matters generated by the head of department
  5. Assist in the supervision and mentoring of more junior members of the property litigation team
  6. Act for developers, investors, financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, retailers, property managers, fixed-charge receivers, administrators and operators.
