Property Litigation Senior Associate or Director, Leeds
This top tier firm with an enviable Property Litigation team has an opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to take up a senior role as a Senior Associate or Director, depending upon level of experience, to help drive the further development of the practice group.
Responsibilities:
- Full range of commercial property litigation across a broad sector spread
- Handle some cutting edge work which has been generating landmark decisions in this area of work
- Deal with all mainstream contentious commercial property issues as well as more niche areas such as right to light, mines and minerals, agricultural property matters, property insolvency and telecommunications
- Take on complex and high value technical matters generated by the head of department
- Assist in the supervision and mentoring of more junior members of the property litigation team
- Act for developers, investors, financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, retailers, property managers, fixed-charge receivers, administrators and operators.
