This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded Property Litigation Solicitor with 2‑4 years' PQE to join a nationally recognised practice acting on some of the UK's most high‑profile and complex real estate disputes. The team advises an impressive portfolio of clients across the real estate, infrastructure, energy, retail, telecommunications and public sectors.

Exposure and Responsibilities
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Property asset management litigation
- Rights of light and development disputes
- Vacant possession strategies
- Title, easement and restrictive covenant issues
- Development and regeneration‑related disputes
- Infrastructure, utilities and telecommunications litigation
- Judicial review and planning‑related matters
