A successful candidate can look forward to joining one of the most dedicated Employment law firms in the UK, based in London, looking to strengthen their Employment offering with the addition of an experienced Professional Support Lawyer.

They are considered to be amongst the leading law firms in the world for Employment law, specialising in, and ranked in the Legal 500 for their Employment offering, in London.

You will be joining a specialised team, tasked with developing and delivering training programmes for clients and in-house legal teams on a range of legal matters, as well as keeping the wider firm up-to-date on changes within the Employment space, relating to policies and regulations.

This is a hardworking firm, with a leading, and well-established commercial Employment team.

The role involves undertaking a broad range of work with a supportive collegiate department. The firm is looking for someone capable of:

  • Coordinating know-how meetings, establishing agendas, and liaising with teams internally
  • Designing and delivering structured training programmes tailored to different qualification levels
  • Identifying and collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts for specialised training
  • Monitoring emerging technology, evaluating benefits, and providing feedback to the central knowledge function and partners

Applications are sought from talented and experienced employment lawyers with at least four years' post qualification experience, gained in England & Wales or a similar, leading common law jurisdiction.

You will possess strong academics, and a confident understanding of commercial litigation law, ideally from a Top 100 background.

Candidates should have strong organisation skills and a keen interest in joining one of the UK's largest and most reputable law firms.
