An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a nationally recognised Private Client team. Our client, a leading law firm, is looking for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 5 years' PQE who has a solid grounding in private client work and is eager to build a career in this exciting and continually growing area. This role will be based at the heart of the firm in Worcester.

The Team
Their Private Client team is a key part of the business, and they are proud of the expertise they offer in helping clients navigate complex personal and financial matters. Many members of the team hold Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) qualifications and are members of Solicitors for the Elderly. They act for a wide range of high‑net‑worth clients, and also have a strong presence in advising several private family and charitable trusts. They help clients manage both domestic and international estate planning, preparing and advising on Wills and trusts, capital tax planning, probate, administration of estates, and Court of Protection matters.
The Role
As a Private Client Associate, you will:
- Advise on a broad range of issues across the Private Client spectrum, including estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, administration of estates, and more.
- Develop and maintain your knowledge of the Private Client arena, working collaboratively with colleagues across the team to share insights and build expertise.
- Develop opportunities for referrals of work across the firm, ensuring that the firm's broad service offering is utilised to benefit clients.
- Participate in business development opportunities, both internally and externally, helping to raise the profile of the team and contribute to its ongoing success.

About You
Our client is looking for a solicitor with:
- Up to 5 years PQE, with a solid grounding in Private Client work, including areas such as wills and trusts, capital tax planning, probate, and estate administration.
- A strong interest in developing expertise in the Private Client sector and a genuine desire to help clients navigate their personal and financial matters.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
- A proactive attitude to business development, with the ability to contribute to growth opportunities for the team.
