A top-tier international law firm with a strong UK and global presence is seeking a Newly Qualified Real Estate Disputes Lawyer to join their market-leading Real Estate practice in Leeds.
The firm has a Tier 1 ranked disputes team, advising FTSE 100 companies and major UK and international clients. They act for institutional investors, developers, landlords, and corporate occupiers, and are known for high-profile, complex litigation including Court of Appeal and Supreme Court matters.

The Role:

- Advising on a broad range of commercial property disputes
- Working on landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, and possession claims
- Supporting senior lawyers on high-value, complex litigation for major clients
- Early exposure to client-facing work with increasing levels of responsibility
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate division
- Involvement in interesting, varied, and high-quality disputes work from the outset
- Strong support, supervision, and mentoring from experienced Partners and Managing Associates
The Candidate:
- Newly qualified solicitor (or approaching qualification)
- Training experience in real estate and/or property litigation
- Technically sound with good commercial awareness
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and keen to develop as part of a team
- Comfortable handling a varied caseload with supervision
- Keen to learn, grow, and take on responsibility early in their career
- A collaborative team player who fits well within a supportive culture
