A top-tier international law firm with a strong UK and global presence is seeking a Newly Qualified Real Estate Disputes Lawyer to join their market-leading Real Estate practice in Leeds.

The firm has a Tier 1 ranked disputes team, advising FTSE 100 companies and major UK and international clients. They act for institutional investors, developers, landlords, and corporate occupiers, and are known for high-profile, complex litigation including Court of Appeal and Supreme Court matters.

They offer a strong, collaborative, and down-to-earth culture with a clear commitment to training, development, and long-term career progression. The firm values wellbeing, inclusion, and agile working.

The Role:

  • Competitive salary and market-leading benefits package

  • Advising on a broad range of commercial property disputes
  • Working on landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, and possession claims
  • Supporting senior lawyers on high-value, complex litigation for major clients
  • Early exposure to client-facing work with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate division
  • Involvement in interesting, varied, and high-quality disputes work from the outset
  • Strong support, supervision, and mentoring from experienced Partners and Managing Associates

The Candidate:

  • Newly qualified solicitor (or approaching qualification)
  • Training experience in real estate and/or property litigation
  • Technically sound with good commercial awareness
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Enthusiastic, resilient, and keen to develop as part of a team
  • Comfortable handling a varied caseload with supervision
  • Keen to learn, grow, and take on responsibility early in their career
  • A collaborative team player who fits well within a supportive culture
