I'm currently working with a well-established and growing South Manchester firm that is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload and is looking to join a firm where they can genuinely develop their career and be part of its continued growth. The role offers a flexible hybrid working model, with time split between the office and home, and would suit an experienced conveyancer who is confident handling residential property matters from instruction through to completion.

The role:

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
  • Handling sales, purchases and other residential property matters
  • Working with a supportive and collaborative team
  • Hybrid working with offices in South Manchester / Heaton Moor

The ideal candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner
  • Able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity with genuine progression prospects
