The Opportunity
Joining a specialist Property Litigation team, you will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while also managing your own caseload under supervision. The team advises a broad range of clients, including commercial landlords, property investors, developers, business owners and entrepreneurs, on a wide variety of complex and high-value property disputes. This role offers exposure to high-quality work, genuine career progression opportunities, advising clients on a broad range of contentious property matters, including:
- Commercial property disputes
- Developer and construction-related property disputes
- Break notices
- Dilapidations claims
- Lease forfeiture matters
- Commercial rent arrears recovery
- Contested and uncontested lease renewal applications
- Commercial rent review disputes
- Residential possession proceedings
- Residential lease extension matters
- Trespass and nuisance claims
- Easement and rights of way disputes
- Rights of first refusal
- Property ownership disputes
- Service charge disputes
- Vesting order applications
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to client relationship management, business development initiatives and the wider growth of the department.
About You
Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-6 years' PQE
Strong property litigation experience gained within a recognised regional, national or specialist practice
A genuine specialism and commitment to property litigation
Excellent technical and litigation skills
Experience supporting senior lawyers on complex matters while managing smaller files independently
