Its work spans regeneration, housing, education, energy and public services infrastructure, often involving innovative and complex delivery structures. The team brings together specialists from multiple disciplines, combining technical expertise with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

Lawyers within the team are encouraged to think creatively and work closely with colleagues to deliver tailored, commercially focused advice to clients. The team also shares a strong commitment to projects that create meaningful social value and positively impact local communities.

  • Transactions involving procurement, subsidy control and wider public law considerations

This is a varied and intellectually stimulating position offering high levels of client exposure, responsibility and excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives, support client relationship management and assist in mentoring junior team members.
