We are looking for a driven and experienced New Build Conveyancer to join an exciting new venture and help build a brand‑new department from the ground up. Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of a diverse caseload of new build residential conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to completion.
- Work closely with clients, developers, mortgage brokers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
- Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the process, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
