The Role
You will support the firm's busy residential development and plot sales team, working closely with experienced lawyers and developers to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with plot sales and residential development transactions
- Liaising with developers, buyers, lenders and third parties
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation

- Delivering excellent client service throughout the transaction lifecycle
