The Opportunity
You will join a highly respected Real Estate Disputes team that advises a diverse portfolio of clients, including landlords, tenants, developers, investors, corporate occupiers, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, and professional advisers. The team is recognised for handling complex and high-profile property litigation matters, including cases that have progressed through the High Court and appellate courts. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of contentious property matters with appropriate supervision.
- Advise clients on a wide range of landlord and tenant disputes.
- Handle lease renewals, both contested and uncontested.
- Manage dilapidations claims and disputes.
- Advise on break notices, forfeiture, and possession proceedings.
- Support clients with rent review disputes and property management issues.
- Assist senior lawyers and partners on complex and high-value litigation matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and networking activities.
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing and supportive team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales.
- Between 3 and 5 years' PQE gained within Real Estate Disputes or Property Litigation.
- Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant law.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and organisational skills.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
