A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Property Disputes Resolution Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate Litigation team in Manchester. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded Property Litigation Solicitor with 2‑4 years' PQE to join a nationally recognised practice acting on some of the UK's most high‑profile and complex real estate disputes. The team advises an impressive portfolio of clients across the real estate, infrastructure, energy, retail, telecommunications and public sectors. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and well‑resourced team known for its technical excellence, strong client relationships and genuine commitment to career development.
Exposure and Responsibilities
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Property asset management litigation
- Rights of light and development disputes
- Vacant possession strategies
- Title, easement and restrictive covenant issues
- Development and regeneration‑related disputes
- Infrastructure, utilities and telecommunications litigation
- Judicial review and planning‑related matters
- Cross‑sector property disputes involving energy, mining and public sector projects
You will work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers on nationally significant matters while also managing your own varied caseload and building strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors in England & Wales with:
- 2‑4 years' PQE in Property Litigation / Real Estate Disputes
- Experience handling complex commercial property disputes
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A genuine interest in business development and career progression
Candidates from national, regional or boutique law firms with strong property litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
