Role – In-house Commercial Solicitor
Working as an In-house Commercial Solicitor in our client’s well-established and award-winning legal team, you will have genuine opportunities to influence and interact with customers and business stakeholders across the company.
- Participate in customer calls with sales and commercial teams;
- Review and negotiate customer contracts;
- Provide ad-hoc legal advice on wider commercial matters;
- Help deliver contract training to stakeholders;
- Support the development and implementation of new processes, procedures and precedents.

About you
- Circa 1-3 years’ PQE commercial solicitor who can provide pragmatic, commercial and jargon-free legal advice to colleagues at all levels of the business;
- Strong foundation in commercial law and practical experience of providing advice on, and negotiating, customer and supplier contracts (including data processing provisions);
- In-house experience (through permanent employment or a secondment) is beneficial but not a prerequisite.
