With a substantial and growing client base, the firm is now looking to appoint an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate Housing Solicitor to help support the continued growth of its practice in Manchester.
You will be involved in varied, challenging and rewarding work, supporting housing providers and organisations that serve communities across the UK. The role offers exposure to high-profile cases and evolving regulatory issues, including matters involving Human Rights, Equality law, tenancy management and housing regulation.
Key Responsibilities- You will manage a varied litigation caseload and work closely with clients on a range of housing law matters.
- Managing the day-to-day conduct of housing litigation cases.
- Preparing case strategies and case plans at the outset of matters.
- Providing advice on procedural and evidential issues.
- Gathering and assessing factual evidence to support legal proceedings.
- Managing and supervising paralegals and support staff.
- Attending conferences with counsel.
