Key Responsibilities
  • You will manage a varied litigation caseload and work closely with clients on a range of housing law matters.
  • Managing the day-to-day conduct of housing litigation cases.
  • Preparing case strategies and case plans at the outset of matters.
  • Providing advice on procedural and evidential issues.
  • Gathering and assessing factual evidence to support legal proceedings.
  • Managing and supervising paralegals and support staff.
  • Attending conferences with counsel.
