This role offers a structured entry into specialist legal recruitment, starting in a resourcer-led (180) position with the opportunity to progress into a full 360 Legal Recruitment Consultant role when ready and as business needs allow.
We are a specialist legal recruitment agency with over 23 years of market expertise and a well-established Manchester team. You will join a supportive group, many of whom are former lawyers, and receive ongoing training and mentoring.
Initially focused on the 180 resourcing side of recruitment, you will:
- Research and source high-calibre legal candidates for live roles
- Engage with candidates to discuss career opportunities
- Manage candidate data accurately and confidentially
- Build strong knowledge of the legal recruitment market
As you develop and when a suitable progression opportunity arises, you will be supported to move into a full 360 consultant role, managing clients and recruitment processes end to end.
