The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Partners and gain exposure to a varied caseload of high-quality work, including high-net-worth divorce and financial remedy matters, private children work, cohabitation disputes, and nuptial agreements.
What You'll Do
- Advise clients on a broad range of family and matrimonial matters, including divorce, financial remedies, private children matters, cohabitation disputes, and nuptial agreements.
- Manage complex and sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct advocacy and attend court hearings where required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across a varied client base.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and Partners on high-quality matters.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
- Assist with mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.
The Ideal Candidate
- 6+ PQE with strong experience across family and matrimonial law.
- Proven experience handling complex divorce, financial remedy, and private Children Act matters.
- Advocacy experience.
- Excellent technical and commercial awareness.
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach to business development.
- Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress within a growing team.
