We are working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join a well-established corporate team at a highly regarded law firm in Manchester.

About the Role

The team advises SMEs on a broad range of corporate transactions, typically ranging from £1m-£20m, with some higher-value matters. The practice is ranked in the Legal 500 and has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality corporate work across the North West. The team structure provides a clear opportunity for a senior lawyer to sit between the junior associates and Partners, offering strong progression prospects and meaningful responsibility from day one. The successful candidate will join a busy and growing team with exposure to a varied mix of M&A transactions, complex corporate reorganisations, and AIM matters.

What You’ll Do

  • Advise SMEs and owner-managed businesses on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and general corporate advisory matters.
  • Work on high-quality M&A, AIM, and complex corporate transactions.
  • Gain exposure to both sell-side and buy-side deal work.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the practice.
