Responsibilities
- Due to expansion in the North the firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or fee earner to join the team.
- The successful candidate will handle a caseload that includes:
- Predominantly New Build matters including high value city centre flats
- Building and maintaining effective client relationships
Requirements
- Solid academic record
- Extensive New Build experience
- Experienced Solicitor or fee earner ideally with 4+ years' experience in high net worth residential conveyancing
- Business development experience
- Ability to prioritise a busy conveyancing caseload and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and strong team player
- Extensive IT abilities
