A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-established and growing residential property team based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent role for a motivated conveyancer looking to manage their own caseload within a supportive, technology-driven environment that offers genuine flexibility through a hybrid working model.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
    • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
    • Remortgages
    • Transfers of equity
    • New build transactions
    • Shared ownership matters
    • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction process

About You

  • The successful candidate will have:
    • Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
    • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
    • Excellent client care and communication skills
    • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • A proactive and organised approach to case management
