A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-established and growing residential property team based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent role for a motivated conveyancer looking to manage their own caseload within a supportive, technology-driven environment that offers genuine flexibility through a hybrid working model.
The Role
- You will be responsible for handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction process
About You
- The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and organised approach to case management
