I'm currently working with a growing UK business to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel into their established in-house legal team. This is a broad commercial role within a business going through significant growth and transformation, including acquisitions, new service lines and wider strategic projects. Legal has strong visibility internally and works closely with senior leadership across the organisation.
The role will involve drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts, advising on procurement, bids and tenders, and supporting strategic projects and wider corporate matters.
About you:

- They are primarily looking for someone commercial minded, confident operating in a fast-moving environment, and able to operate autonomously.
