An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Disputes Partner (or senior lawyer ready for partnership) to join a highly regarded, internationally recognised Disputes practice in London. This firm is widely respected for its Finance practice in London, and due to significant success over the last few years, is now looking to grow and develop a leading Disputes practice, establishing a strong foothold in the UK. The firm combines transactional strength with deep sector insight, offering a truly full-service platform to a sophisticated client base.

The Role

You will play a leading role in building a Commercial Disputes practice, advising on complex, high-value disputes, feeding in from the firm's US practice, including:

  • Blockchain and crypto-currency litigation
  • Complex breach of fiduciary duty matters
  • Copyright/trademark/patent infringement
  • Employment disputes, including alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation and compensation
  • Insurance/reinsurance
  • Securities fraud
  • Software implementation/licensing disputes
  • White collar defense and investigations
