We are working on behalf of a leading UK law firm to recruit an experienced Transactional Finance Lawyer (8+ PQE) into a specialist guarantees and structured risk finance practice in London. The role involves joining a highly regarded team acting for global insurance clients on the structuring and execution of guarantee and on-demand bond facilities across domestic and international markets. Key work includes:
- Facility agreements and related financing documentation
- Recourse and credit support arrangements
- Guarantee / on-demand bond drafting and structuring
- Security and intercreditor arrangements
- Risk participation and sharing structures
You will also gain exposure to credit distress, restructuring scenarios, and claims management, working alongside specialist colleagues across related practice areas.
