Leading regional firm with a strong and growing Property Litigation team is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the Lincoln office. This role offers a supportive, well-structured environment, excellent training culture, and a genuinely friendly, down-to-earth atmosphere.

The Role

  • You will join an established property litigation team advising a broad mix of commercial landlords, tenants, developers, landowners, and property investors on a wide range of contentious property matters. The work is varied and will include:
  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals and break notices
  • Dilapidations claims and rent arrears recovery
  • Possession proceedings and forfeiture matters
  • Easements, covenants, and boundary disputes
  • Property-related professional negligence issues
  • Supporting senior lawyers on higher-value and more complex litigation
  • Managing your own smaller caseload with appropriate supervision

You will be encouraged to take responsibility early, with a clear and structured development path as you progress towards more complex and higher-value work.

The Candidate

  • The successful candidate will be a newly qualified solicitor (or due to qualify shortly) with:
  • Strong grounding in property litigation or broader litigation during training
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills
  • A practical, commercial approach to resolving disputes
  • Confidence in communicating with clients and stakeholders
  • A genuine interest in property disputes and contentious real-estate work
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment

Experience in real-estate litigation during a seat will be highly advantageous, but the firm is open to strong litigators with a willingness to specialise.
