We're partnering with a large international business looking to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel into its lean and highly visible Group Legal team.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad role combining corporate governance, financing transactions, securities-related matters and strategic legal support across an international group.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of complex and business-critical matters while enjoying a level of responsibility that is often difficult to find in larger legal teams.
You will support a diverse range of legal matters across the group, including:
- Financing transactions, including loan facilities and capital markets activity
- ESG and corporate disclosure projects
- Strategic corporate initiatives and cross-border projects
This role would particularly suit a lawyer who has built strong technical expertise in corporate, finance or securities work and is now looking for an opportunity to broaden their experience and become a more rounded in-house legal adviser.
