We are working with a large, well known, well established business in the East Midlands, who are seeking a NQ to 2 PQE commercial lawyer to take on a varied, generalist commercial contracts lawyer role.
Working within a well-established team of senior lawyers, the role will see you taking on matters such as:
- drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with key customers and suppliers;
- advising the business on bids and tenders;
- assisting on a variety of different areas including GDPR, Corporate M&A, Employment, Litigation.
- managing key stakeholders
This is a brilliant opportunity for a lawyer with experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating B2B commercial contracts to move into a collegiate legal team in an exciting sector.
