A leading global organisation in the gaming sector is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its growing UK legal team, supporting a rapidly expanding digital business unit following a recent acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity for NQ-2 PQE lawyers from a commercial background who are looking to develop their in-house commercial skill set.
You will join a collaborative and established team of lawyers, with full training and support provided, making this an ideal role for those transitioning from private practice or building on existing commercial experience.
The role will involve:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including technology, licensing and partner contracts.
- Advising on strategic projects and business growth initiatives across international markets.
