A leading international law firm is looking to add a Newly Qualified Lawyer to its highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team in Leeds.

The Role:
- Newly Qualified Real Estate Disputes Lawyer
- Competitive salary and market-leading benefits package

- Advising on a broad range of commercial property disputes
- Working on landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and possession claims
- Supporting senior lawyers on high-value, complex litigation for major clients
- Early exposure to client-facing work with increasing levels of responsibility
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate division
- Involvement in interesting, varied and high-quality disputes work from the outset
- Strong support, supervision and mentoring from experienced Partners and Managing Associates
The Candidate:
- Newly qualified solicitor (or approaching qualification)
- Training experience in real estate and/or property litigation
- Technically sound with good commercial awareness
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Enthusiastic, resilient and keen to develop as part of a team
- Comfortable handling a varied caseload with supervision
- Keen to learn, grow and take on responsibility early in their career
- A collaborative team player who fits well within a supportive culture
