The Opportunity As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions and strategic matters.
Responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting complex corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations.
Advising on company law, corporate governance and shareholder matters.
Working closely with partners and other senior stakeholders on significant client mandates.
Developing and maintaining long‑term client relationships across a broad range of sectors.
Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team.
Collaborating with colleagues across complementary practice areas to deliver a seamless client experience.
Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the Corporate practice.
The team acts for an impressive client base including large corporates, owner‑managed businesses, investors, lenders, housing associations, public sector organisations and fast‑growing companies.
Candidate Requirements To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: A minimum of 7 years' PQE gained within a recognised corporate practice.
