What your day-to-day will look like

You will work on a broad range of structured finance and securitisation transactions, advising financial institutions, lenders, issuers, investors, and other market participants on complex financing matters.

Responsibilities will include

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents.
  • Advising clients on structured finance, securitisation, lending, and related financing transactions.
  • Managing key workstreams on active deals and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducting transaction due diligence and assisting with deal execution.
  • Collaborating closely with partners, associates, and clients on a variety of asset-backed and structured finance matters.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and helping build client relationships.

About you

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in structured finance or related finance transactions.
  • Strong deal experience from a law firm environment.
  • Experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar financing structures.
  • Exposure to a variety of asset types and transaction structures is preferred, though not required.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and client management skills.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
