An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented Family Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join a prestigious, Tier 1-ranked family law team in the Cheshire office. The Opportunity:

This role will see you take on a broad and engaging family law caseload, with a strong emphasis on high net worth and complex private family matters, including:

1. Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
2. Some private children matters
3. Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
4. Cohabitation disputes
5. Complex asset and business ownership issues
6. International family law aspects (where relevant)

You will work closely with some of the most respected family law partners outside of London, gaining exposure to cutting-edge legal issues and receiving hands-on mentoring in a collaborative and social working environment.

The Role:

1. Managing your own caseload of private family law matters
2. Supporting senior partners on complex and high-value matters
3. Attending client meetings and managing client relationships directly
4. Advising high net worth individuals, professionals, and entrepreneurs
5. Playing an active role in business development and networking initiatives
6. Representing the firm with professionalism and empathy at all times

The Candidate:

1. Qualified Family Solicitor in England & Wales, ideally 2-5 years\’ PQE
2. Strong background in private family law, including divorce and finance work
3. Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
4. A genuine interest in relationship-building and business development
5. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and confident in managing your own caseload
6. Backgrounds from national, regional, or boutique firms are all welcomed
