A leading international legal and professional services organization is looking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Environmental Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for an environmental lawyer seeking high-quality, varied work within a collaborative and forward-thinking team. You will play a key role in advising on environmental, regulatory and sustainability matters across a broad client base, including major corporates, developers, and public sector bodies. The role offers a strong platform for career progression, exposure to high-profile work, and the chance to contribute to a growing and strategically important practice area.

Working as part of a specialist environmental team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious environmental law matters
  • Supporting environmental aspects of corporate, real estate, finance, infrastructure and project transactions
  • Conducting environmental due diligence and risk assessments
  • Handling regulatory investigations and enforcement matters, including engagement with key regulators
  • Providing strategic advice on compliance, environmental risk, and sustainability initiatives
  • Drafting and negotiating environmental provisions in commercial agreements
  • Assisting clients with policy development and environmental strategy
  • Representing clients in dealings with regulators and other stakeholders
  • Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines including corporate, real estate and projects
  • Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the environmental practice
