Are you a 1-3 PQE lawyer looking to join a commercially focused in-house team? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a thriving, listed financial services business within commutable distance of Hertfordshire.
We are looking for bright, motivated commercial or regulatory lawyers who want hands-on experience, direct exposure to the business, and the chance to develop quickly under experienced, supportive mentors.
What you’ll do:
- Work on a broad mix of commercial and regulatory matters across an innovative, growing business.
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Support on regulatory projects and developments, and wider compliance themes.
- Contribute to data protection work alongside specialist colleagues.
- Become a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders across multiple business areas.
Who this suits:
- 1-3 PQE solicitors, either from private practice or already working in-house.
