This is a key leadership position where you will manage and support a team of 10-12 conveyancing professionals across a range of experience levels. The team handles a broad caseload including sales, purchases, and both freehold and leasehold matters.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting regular file reviews and ensuring quality standards
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding
- Delivering training and encouraging continuous improvement
