Legal 500 listed commercial boutique is recruiting an experienced conveyancer to join its growing residential property team in Cheshire.
THE FIRM
- Specialising in property and commercial litigation
- Established over 10 years ago, the firm represents local, national and international clients
- The firm has grown dramatically since its inception and houses a team of highly academic solicitors
THE ROLE
- Providing expert legal advice on a range of areas including sales, purchases, remortgages, new build, transfer of equity and landlord and tenant disputes
- Acting on behalf of high net worth clients
- Working within an established team handling your own varied caseload with the support of an assistant
- Acting as a point of contact for other team members
- Developing relationships with local agents and referrers
REQUIREMENTS
- You must be a minimum of 1yr PQE with experience of handling your own conveyancing caseload
- Ability to demonstrate an outstanding level of service to clients
