We have a new instruction for a credit hire litigator with an established law firm in Cheshire. Competitive salary + High Bonus potential.

The firm deals with very high quality Credit hire cases and have grown steadily over the past few years. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for a Solicitor/Fee Earner with experience of working in a fast paced, cost driven environment.

Personal Specification:

1. Previous experience of running a litigated PI caseload; the team are happy to train on the credit hire elements.
2. The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
3. Excellent attention to detail to be able to carefully analyse files and data.
4. The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
5. Able to build effective, professional relationships with external clients and internal colleagues.
6. Excellent negotiation skills.
