Corporate/M&A Due Diligence Lawyer – Global Firm – Manchester – Hybrid Working
An elite US-headquartered law firm with a major global footprint is looking to expand its Manchester-based M&A due diligence team. This is a rare opportunity to join a centre of excellence within one of the world\’s most profitable and prestigious firms-working on high-value, cross-border transactions, often with billion-pound deal values.
This is not due diligence in the traditional sense. The team is at the forefront of using AI and cutting-edge technology to transform how due diligence is delivered, and plays a central role in supporting global M&A transactions, particularly in the UK and US markets.

· Collaborating with global legal teams on a diverse range of M&A matters
