An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join a market-leading Education practice at a highly regarded international firm, with flexibility to be based in Nottingham or Leeds. The team combines deep sector expertise with a genuinely international platform, offering exposure to both domestic and cross-border work.

The Role

  • Domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions
  • Joint ventures, partnerships and sector collaborations
  • Corporate structuring and strategic projects within education institutions
  • Supporting international clients entering the UK education market, and UK clients expanding overseas
  • Working closely with colleagues across offices and practice areas on multi-jurisdictional matters
