We are working with a highly regarded national law firm looking to appoint a Junior Construction Solicitor to join its established and highly regarded national Construction team in Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-3 PQE solicitor with a genuine interest in contentious construction work.
The role will be predominantly contentious, with the opportunity to gain exposure to non-contentious matters if desired.
The Opportunity
- Work on a high-quality and complex caseload of contentious construction matters, including adjudication and litigation
- Advise clients on construction disputes and provide commercially focused, pragmatic solutions
- Gain experience across a range of dispute resolution methods, including mediation
- Have the opportunity to undertake some non-contentious construction work, should you wish to broaden your experience
- Work with a diverse client base including national developers and contractors, leading housebuilders and major housing associations
